Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (matchupmatcha.com) or purchasing MatchUP products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from this site or enter the US Open sweepstakes. By placing an order or entering the sweepstakes, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products & Subscriptions

Founders Circle plans are recurring subscriptions billed on the term you select (4, 8, or 12 weeks) at the founding rate shown at checkout; you may cancel in accordance with the cancellation terms presented at signup and in your account. The 7-Day Challenge is a one-time, non-recurring purchase — it does not automatically convert into a subscription unless you separately choose to continue with a Founders Circle plan.

Orders & Payment

All orders are processed through Shopify, our commerce and payment platform. Prices, availability, and shipping (currently limited to the 50 US states) are as shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Sweepstakes

Participation in the MatchUP US Open Sweepstakes is governed entirely by the separate Official Rules, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms. See the Official Rules page for eligibility, entry methods (no purchase necessary), prize details, and odds of winning.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the MatchUP name and logo, product photography, copy, and site design — is owned by Kingdom Matcha LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

Disclaimers

MatchUP is a food and beverage product. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice — consult a healthcare provider with questions about your individual health needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Matcha LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, beyond the amount you paid for the applicable order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to final confirmation by counsel before launch.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page; continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
