We put our money where our matcha is. You focus on showing up. See below for our promise to you.

Applicable to: Bronze & Silver Founders Circle

Podium Guarantee

Consistency wins. Use and enjoy your MatchUP for the length of your subscription. If it doesn't elevate your morning workflow, your workouts, or your cognitive stamina, let us know within 28 days (your subscription period) of delivery. We will refund your purchase—no friction, no interrogation.

Applicable exclusively to: Gold Founders Circle

Gold Medal Guarantee

We engineered MatchUP for high performers who demand sustained output without compromises. Because we know what ceremonial-grade Uji matcha does over daily execution, we take 100% of the risk off your shoulders—and then some. Make MatchUP your ritual for the length of your subscription. If by the time you reach the bottom of your 4th week you do not notice sharper and sustained focus free of the afternoon dip, contact Catt & Katie directly. We will refund your purchase and buy back your old routine ($25 gift card). Zero hoops. Zero hassle.
